TURKS & CAICOS: Property sells fast at luxury Cove development
Work continues at pace on The Loren at Turtle Cove and Marina, a new luxury property development centrally located along the northern shore of Providenciales. It will become a signature property for The Loren Hotel Group.
The foundation slab for the main condominium development has now been laid and property sales accruing $78,000,000 are reported by Robert Greenwood, broker of record for the development and senior broker and director of Christie’s International Real Estate – Turks & Caicos.
Among the sales highlights are three beachfront villas, each a masterpiece of architectural design and luxury, and one of two penthouses, offering unparalleled views and luxury. Additionally, a variety of one, two and three-bedroom units are under contract, underscoring the broad appeal of the development.
Residents will be given the first opportunity to lease a berth at the private L-shaped marina. This features an aluminium floating dock system and fixed boardwalk, and offers 37 slips for boats of 30 to 70ft. All berths have full service connections and Wi-Fi, and the marina has on-site security and 24-hour concierge. It is naturally protected and gives boaters direct ocean access.
