BAHAMAS: Buyer or JV partner sought for luxury resort marina build
The development rights to build a marina in the heart of a 2,000-acre luxury resort and residential development on Grand Bahama Island have come up for sale.

The master plan outlines a marina basin that covers ten acres and has deepwater access making it suitable for large yachts; a large upland area for possible development as a dry storage facility; amenities, such as restaurant and tiki-bar; and access to over two miles of pristine white sand beaches.
Safe Haven Advisors is soliciting proposals for either acquisition of the marina and upland development rights or alternatively a strategic development partner to participate in a joint venture for the marina development with the sponsors of the master planned community.
