NEW ZEALAND: 2025 conference to be held in South Island

The New Zealand Marina Operators Association (NZMOA) is to hold its 2025 conference at the Crowne Plaza in Queenstown 10 -11 September, with a tour on 12 September.

“Queenstown is home to one of the industry’s most respected and innovative regional marinas,” says NZMOA chair Chris Galbraith. “They have done an exceptional job in Queenstown, developing an operation that provides safe berthage for commercial and private boats, respects the landscape and environment and delivers superb functionality.”

Iraj Barabi of Queenstown Marina is thrilled that the annual conference will be held near his facility. “NZMOA and its team have been instrumental in guiding us through various stages of development as well as operations,” he said. “As proud and active members, we intend to contribute in any way we can while taking full advantage of all the resources they bring to bear.”
