USA: Integra buys Sunset Bay

Sunset Bay Marina & Anchorage has become the tenth marina in the Integra Marinas portfolio and its seventh active marina with partner BLG Capital Advisors and other investors.

Centrally located in the Florida town of Stuart, just north of Palm Beach, the marina offers 198 wet slips and 66 mooring spaces. It can host vessels up to 140ft (43m) in length and offers fuel, pump-out and a fully stocked ship’s store.
Speaking on the acquisition, the third for Integra in 2023, Integra principal Victor Ballestas, said: “The addition of Sunset Bay Marina significantly enhances our portfolio, as its strategic location is a core aspect that aligns with Integra’s other marinas in top boating destinations, such as Key West, Miami, Aventura, Jensen Beach and Tampa. We are thrilled to welcome this prominent marina into our portfolio and continue to strengthen our presence in coastal boating markets.”
