Marina World and Marina World Suppliers & Services – hard copy and digital
Loud & Clear Publishing Ltd (L&C), owner of the above magazine titles, maintains a circulation database in-house in secure office environments. We hold the maximum following information on each of our readers: name, business title, business address or personal address (if specifically requested by the reader), telephone (including mobile), fax numbers and email address.
L&C shares the postal information with a mailing distribution company, Air Business [www.airbusiness.com] and postal information for each issue with Audit Bureau of Circulations [www.abc.org.uk].
We do not share any postal information with any other third parties and we do not store postal information on mobile devices.
Marina World – digital only L&C maintains an in-house database of email addresses in similar, secure office environments, which is used to send out Issue Alerts and a limited number of industry-specific mailings. We do not share our digital contact information with any third parties and we do not store it on any mobile devices.
Your rights over your personal data
L&C will keep your personal data on file until you instruct us to remove it. You are free to ask us to do this at any time and we promise to do so as promptly as possible. You can unsubscribe via any digital mailings and return unwanted magazines via the US address printed on p.3 of every issue if you are based in the USA, or by post to:
